1. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM (US Time) are processed the next business day.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We currently provide free shipping within the United States.
4. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
5. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in original packaging with all accessories.
7. Which items cannot be returned?
We do not accept returns for:

8. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing or shipping, cancellation is no longer possible.
10. What if my package shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it?
Check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If still missing, contact us and we’ll assist in filing a carrier claim (carrier-confirmed deliveries are not guaranteed for reimbursement).
